Page Groups

Purpose

The Page Groups form identifies the directory numbers that are members of a page group. You can program up to 64 page groups.

Page Group

Enter the number of the Page Group.

Allows you to specify the ACD Skill Group as a local-only directory number in a cluster.

Page Group Name

System-generated, protected field. Contains the name associated with the page group directory number in the Telephone Directory form.

 

Page Group Members

Member Index

System-generated, protected field. Contains the number of members in the group. Each group can have up to 250 members.

Number

Enter the local directory numbers that are members of the page group. An attendant cannot be a member of a page group, and remote directory numbers cannot be used in a cluster. A directory number can be a member of more than one page group, and the directory number can be placed in a page group even if the COS options for Group Page - Allow and Group Page - Accept are disabled.

NOTE: Do not enter any directory numbers that are Symbol Wireless phones as they cannot support the paging operation.
